The Amerec AX4.5 steam shower generator is engineered to provide years of consistent and maintenance-free operation. The unit features a corrosion-resistant stainless-steel tank, industrial-grade heating elements, durable electronic components, and an electronic water-level control system.
Amerec AX Series generators are equipped with the Warm Start feature which heats the room quickly and efficiently. The AX4.5 steam unit includes a sequential temperature control which ensures an even and consistent steam production.
The compact size of the unit allows it to be installed out of sight in cabinets, vanities, closets, basements, and other similar locations.
The Amerec AX4.5 steam bath generator is available in 240V (9016-120) or 208V (9016-150) and can be field wired for single-phase or three-phase configurations.
The AX 4.5 generator requires the use of an A6, A3, Olympic, or Cascade control package which controls features such as bathing duration and temperature. The A6 control can be paired with the AmerecConnect app and features Intelligent Start technology which coordinates heating time with desired bath start time, saving water, time, and energy.
We recommend Amerec’s Auto Drain System with your AX4.5 which automatically drains the tank after each bathing session to help prevent calcification and lime build-up of the steam shower unit.
The Amerec AX4.5 generator carries a limited lifetime warranty and is fully serviceable. All Amerec residential steam showers are UL and CUL listed for your safety.
AX steam generators have the flexibility to be linked in tandem to heat steam rooms larger than 550 feet.
